Mansion Rental (in areas not occupied by others)
Max occupancy = 50 guests

Includes:
Chairs, Round and/or Rectangular Tables (for you to dress) Use of Agreed Upon areas on the First Floor of the Mansion and on the Grounds. Use of Grounds and First Floor for bridal portrait/photography.
Unbelievable Cost to You:
$125/hour up to two hours, $75/third hour and beyond

Because Rockcliffe Mansion functions also as a bed and breakfast, rental of all chamber rooms is required for weddings beginning or continuing after 5:00 p.m. Please see B&B Rates below. Events ending before 5:00p.m. are not required to rent bed and breakfast chambers rooms, but these rooms are available at the rates listed below.

One half of the Mansion rental fee is required as the non-refundable deposit for reserving your date. The other half is due at the start of your rental. Tax and appropriate gratuity will be added to all Packages.

Rental includes one night's stay as well as our signature breakfast the following morning for the overnight guests.

The bridal couple receives the Mississippi River Suite as a honeymoon suite on the night of the Wedding complimentary as a gift from Rockcliffe's proprietor when all other Chambers and the Suite are rented for two nights.

Guest can also experience the grandeur of Rockcliffe Mansion for any of your pre or post wedding needs, from Pampered Bachelorette Parties and Bridal Showers to Anniversary and Birthday Parties to Honeymoon Getaways and Event Photography, turn of the century style.

Honeymoon/Anniversary Getaway:

For a romantic Victorian Bed & Breakfast weekend then try the Rockcliffe Mansion for your honeymoon or anniversary getaway. You can choose from a variety of six chambers or suites ranging in price from $249.00 to $598.00. This price also includes fruit, wine, cheese, and wine at check-in, room service breakfast, and turn down service with chocolates. So make Rockcliffe Mansion your home for a weekend!

Photography Location:
For a romantic and memorable Victorian setting, indoors our outside, for your wedding, we offer the perfect Photography Location. You provide the happy couple, wedding party, family and/or friends AND the photographer, and we provide as many picturesque setups as you would like for $100/hour. Also may be used for engagement, prom, anniversary and graduation purposes.
