JOBS AT ROCKCLIFFE
Now is your chance to be a part of the staff at Rockcliffe Mansion and
work at one of America's Castles in America's Hometown. We currently
have the following openings for application.
CHEF
Be a part of the newly created bistro located in the cellars of
Rockcliffe Mansion. Responsibilities and skills need to include: food
preparation, creation and storage in a timely, aesthetic and sanitary
fashion, budgeting and economic purchasing of ingredients, ability to
cook for 2 to 200 and flexibility in hours. Experience needs to include
a combination of culinary schooling and restaurant work of at least 2
years. Management experience and skills are preferred.
WAITER
Be a part of the newly created bistro and cabaret located in the cellars
of Rockcliffe Mansion. Responsibilities and skills need to include:
friendliness, cleanliness, ability to converse and communicate,
patience, sales, creativity in presentation, promptness, dependability
and a strong sense of character. Experience needs to include at least 2
years of restaurant work of any sort (fast food is fine too if you have
a great personality and ability to learn). Must be able to serve up to
24 people at one time. Ability to mix drinks and serve wine is also
required.
