Mansion
As with most successful businesses, certain
guideline and procedure will help ensure your request and our requirements are
understood. Please review the following procedures and contact us with any of
your questions.
Facility Rental Fee: This is the fee we
charge for the use of the mansion. It is an hourly rate of $125.00 for
the first two hours, $75/hour after that. This fee is for persons who
would like to rent the Mansion for an event. All gross food cost
purchased through a caterer will be creditedĘagainst the rental rate.
Caters must be arranged by an outside catering service for a fee of
$1.50 per guest. Catering service must be pre-approved by Rockcliffe
Mansion management.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is
due 30 days prior to the event, with the final payment due (10) days
prior to event when final numbers are confirmed. We accept major credit
cards.
Cancellation: The facility rental
fee is non refundable. In the event of cancellation any food and
beverage deposit will be returned only if the date is rebooked by
another event, less a 20% cancellation fee.
Menus: Menus should be finalized at least
30 days prior to the event date. EntrŽe selections are limited to one or
two selections however special considerations will be given to dietary
and religious needs. Buffet selection is one choice. If you have any
questions, please ask. Hors d'oeuvre Receptions, Sit down Meals and
Buffets include high quality disposable ware and napkins. China upgrade
is available.
Guaranteed: There is a 10 person minimum requirement
for events. If the guarantee falls below the 10-person minimum, the
difference in food and beverage revenue will be charged in the form of
facility rental fee. A minimum guarantee of the number of guests is
required at the time of booking. You may increase this minimum (3) three
days prior to your event, but you may not lower your guarantee, in order
that we can properly order and prepare for your group.
Service Charge and tax: A 18.5%
service charge will be added as well as city and state tax to all food,
beverage and rental services.
Guestroom Reservations: A $20.00 per night
credit per room will be given to any of your guests who book a room the
night of your event at the mansion. On special event holidays and
weekends, a two night minimum is required.
Smoking/Candles: Smoking is not permitted inside the mansion. Candles are permitted, with the approval of the management, only if used in an approved enclosure with drip protection. Any damage done by the client's candles will be the responsibility of the client.
