Management are committed to providing all the professional services
required to make your event an absolute
success.
Facility Rental
Fee: Hourly rate of $125.00 for the first two hours, $75/hour after.
Caters must be arranged by an outside catering service for a fee of
$1.50 per guest. Catering service must be pre-approved by Rockcliffe
Mansion management. Includes table settings (round or regular), use of
agreed upon areas of mansion, and mansion
grounds.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is
due 30 days prior to the event, with the final payment due (10) days
prior to event when final numbers are confirmed. We accept major credit
cards.
Cancellation: The facility rental
fee is non refundable. In the event of cancellation any food and
beverage deposit will be returned only if the date is rebooked by
another event, less a 20% cancellation fee.
Guestroom Reservations: A $20.00 per night
credit per room will be given to any of your guests who book a room the
night of your event at the mansion. On special event holidays and
weekends, a two night minimum is required.
Smoking/Candles:
Smoking is not permitted inside the mansion. Candles are permitted,
with the approval of the management, only if used in an approved
enclosure with drip protection. Any damage done by the client's candles
will be the responsibility of the client.
Additional Services (per
hour): Bartender...$35.00 (3 hour minimum) Coat check
attendant...$20.00
Murder Mysteries,
Missouri Wine Tasting, Tarot Readings or Violin Serenade also
available.
All prices are subject to change until event agreement is signed and deposit received.
